Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made by email - [click here to email]

Cancellations are as follows:

• 100% Refund - (except for costs) more than three months before conference
• 50% Refund - (including costs) less than three months before conference
• NO REFUND - less than 1 month before conference

Substitutions

Please note that substitutions can be made free of charge until two working days before the conference. Substitutions must be made by email - [click here to email]. If you wish to send a colleague in your place please e-mail your name and the name of your colleague and the substitution will be made.

Discounted Registrations

Registrations at discounted rates will not be allow on site.  On-site registration will only be possible at the Full Rate
