Speakers

• Short Biographies/Photos : By Friday 4 November 2011
• Talk Abstracts : By Friday 4 November 2011
• Conference Hotel Arrival/Departure Dates : By Friday 4 November 2011

Bursaries

• Submissions/Requests : By Friday 2 September 2011
• Approvals : By Friday 9 September 2011

If you have not heard back by then unfortunately your Bursary will not have been awarded.

Posters

• Poster Submissions (to be included in the Abstract book): Friday 4 November 2011

On-site posters will be accepted and every effort will be made to circulate late-breaking abstracts.  Late poster abstracts will be included in the final abstract book to be made available online around one month after the conference.

Oral Platform Proposals

The conference will include rapid-fire, 10 minute oral platform presentations of 8 powerpoint slides each.

• Oral Platform Submissions : By Friday 30 September 2011
• Acceptances : By Friday 14 October 2011

If you have not heard back by then unfortunately your proposal will not have been accepted.
